MembershipTo apply for membership in The Ghosts of Ohio, simply print out and complete the application below. When you have completed and signed the application, please mail it to: The Ghosts of Ohio To ensure it gets sorted properly, mark the envelope "RE: Application". Please do not forwarded completed applications to us via e-mail, as we must have the original, signed copy for our files.
